Safe Trust AI is operated by Safe Trust Lab AI Pte. Ltd. (Singapore operating company · UEN 202615952G) and Safe Front, Inc. (Delaware C-Corp, United States). References to “we” or “us” mean these entities as applicable to your relationship with the service.
What data we process
- Account & contact data — information you provide when you request access or correspond with us, such as name, work email, and company.
- Customer media — files submitted to the platform for examination, processed on behalf of the customer to produce a verdict and evidence record.
- Usage data — limited technical information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How we use it
We use account and contact data to respond to enquiries and manage access. We process customer media to provide the examination service on the customer’s instructions. We use usage data to operate and secure the platform. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, under appropriate contractual terms. A list of categories of sub-processors is maintained on our sub-processors page. We may disclose data where required by law.
Retention
Customer media is retained according to the customer’s configured policy. Other personal data is retained for as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Your rights
