How we use sub-processors

Sub-processors are third-party providers that help us deliver the service. They are engaged under contractual terms requiring appropriate confidentiality and data protection. We aim to keep this set small and purposeful.

Categories

  • Cloud infrastructure & hosting — Compute and storage used to run examination and host the service, in the region a customer selects.
  • Error monitoring & logging — Operational telemetry used to keep the service reliable and secure.
  • Communication & support — Handling enquiries and customer correspondence.

Changes

When we add or change a sub-processor in a way that is material to customers, we will update this page and, where a customer agreement requires it, provide notice.
