Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of Safe Trust AI. They are a working draft and should be confirmed by counsel before launch.
Agreement
By accessing or using Safe Trust AI, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by Safe Trust Lab AI Pte. Ltd. and Safe Front, Inc.. Where a separate written agreement exists between your organization and us, that agreement governs to the extent of any conflict.
Use of the service
- Use the service only for lawful authenticity and fraud-prevention purposes, consistent with our responsible use principles.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- You are responsible for the media you submit and for having the rights necessary to submit it for examination.
Verdicts and limitations
The service produces authenticity verdicts and evidence intended to support human decisions. No detector is perfect; verdicts are provided with a confidence score and are not a guarantee. You are responsible for how verdicts are used in your own processes and decisions.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software and design, is owned by us and our licensors. You retain your rights in the media you submit. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. The specific warranties, limitations of liability, and indemnities that apply will be set out in the agreement between your organization and us, subject to counsel review.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by other reasonable means.
